No other safari destination is as well-known as the Serengeti. The Great Migration river crossings get most of the attention, but the Serengeti offers so much more. Zimbabwe has always delivered unforgettable safari experiences in iconic destinations with abundant wildlife and the highest guiding standards anywhere in Africa.

Let’s kick the year off with a splash of color and some of Africa’s most unique properties. Of course, every camp we recommend has something special to offer, but there are a few that have an undeniable flair.
How would you describe to a friend what it's like to be on a safari?
Fascinating. Putting down the cameras and picking up the binoculars and just watching the animals is amazing too.
Glenn and Karen have an insatiable curiosity for unique animals, diverse landscapes and getting off the beaten path. Few people have seen the variety of wildlife that Glenn and Karen have seen over the course of dozens of safaris.

This is such an exciting time of year as the great migration is churning in East Africa, and the life-giving floods are reaching the extremities of the Okavango Delta.
The Zambezi River Valley is simply one of the most picturesque and dramatic places in the world: an incredibly wild and remote area where the mighty Zambezi River meanders between two national parks, Lower Zambezi on the Zambia side and Mana Pools on the Zimbabwe side.
In May 2023, Next Adventure’s Marketing Director Jeremy Townsend, spent 12 days with a friend self-driving through Namibia’s vast northwestern territory.
If we have a truly blank slate, this will often lead us to something a little unusual, maybe off the beaten track, or something that offers guests unique access to people, projects and specific themes.
