Travel Insurance

In accordance with Next Adventure’s Participation Agreement, cancellation fees are in effect from the time you make your deposit. Please be aware that these fees will be imposed even if the cancellation results from circumstances beyond your control such as a family member’s illness or an international flight delay.

We therefore strongly recommend you carry a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect your financial investment and ensure you have sufficient emergency evacuation and medical coverage as well as coverage for trip interruption, missed connections and lost luggage.

Next Adventure recommends Travel Insured's Worldwide Trip Protector plan which protects losses you might sustain as a result of canceling any part of your trip for covered reasons and includes the following features:

• Trip cancellation and interruption coverage

• Emergency evacuation insurance up to $500,000

• Medical coverage for injury or illness while traveling

• Coverage for loss, theft or damage of baggage • 24-hour assistance

PLEASE NOTE: This is only a brief description of the coverage available. A full plan description detailing the terms, conditions and exclusions may be viewed at www.travelinsured.com. If you have any questions, or would like to request a copy of the plan description, please call Travel Insured International ® at 800 243 3174. Travel Insured International policies are by United States Fire Insurance Company under form series T7000 et. al., T210 et. al. and TP-401 et. al. The Crum & Forster group of companies is rated A (Excellent) by AM Best 2021. C&F and Crum & Forster are registered trademarks of United States Fire Insurance Company. Coverages may vary and not all coverage is available in all jurisdictions. Insurance coverages are subject to the terms, limitations and exclusions in the plan, including an exclusion for pre-existing conditions.

Your plan cost is based on your age at the time you purchase your plan, the amount you enter as your trip cost, and the length of your covered trip. If your trip cost changes between the effective date of your plan and your date of departure, you should be making the necessary modifications to your plan over time.

It is most advantageous to purchase your plan on or shortly after your date of initial deposit (the day that your first pre-paid, non-refundable payment toward your trip is received by Next Adventure). Your date of initial deposit begins the countdown of the 21-day period that impacts your eligibility for some time-sensitive benefits like Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR) and/or Pre-Existing Medical Condition Exclusion Waiver.

We recommend you purchase your policy at the same time as you submit your deposit to Next Adventure so coverage goes into effect right away.

Please check with us in advance if you are a resident of HI or NY where we have to use a slightly different process.

If you have any questions, please call us or Travel Insured International® at 800 243 3174. Next Adventure is happy to provide a quote, or you may purchase a policy online by following this link www.travelinsured.com where you may be asked to enter our agency account number 43135.

PLEASE NOTE: Remember, only travelers who reside in the same household are eligible to be on the same travel protection plan. If you and your traveling companion(s) do not live together, you must be placed on separate plans.
