We require in advance a $200 non-refundable service fee to design a fully customized safari & tour itinerary and reserve space in consultation with you (this service fee will, of course, be deducted from your invoice). Confirmation of space requires a 25% deposit which will be forfeited if you cancel your journey. The balance of payment is due 10 weeks before your departure date.
To book a scheduled safari departure, we charge a non-refundable fee of $100 to check availability of space. This fee covers our time to communicate with service providers and will, of course, be deducted from your invoice. Once we know space is available, your 25% deposit confirms your space and balance is due 10 weeks before the trip departure date. Please note that we cannot confirm space unless you hold air reservations.
We recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect you under certain cancellation circumstances.
