Cancellation & Change Fees

Once you are confirmed on a trip and have paid the 25% deposit, cancellation fees apply as follows: 10 or more weeks in advance of departure:                        25 % of Land Cost 4 to 9 weeks in advance:                                                         50 % Less than 4 weeks in advance:                                             100 % Please also note that, once your travel arrangements are confirmed, change fees apply to any change requested by you and such fees will be commensurate with the time involved to make them. Our minimum change fee is $200 and this fee will be in addition to any cancellation penalties or fees imposed by vendors involved in your safari or tour. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance to cover certain reasons for trip cancellation. Tour operators, lodges and hotels control deposits and cancellation fees, not Next Adventure. We must have deposit and final payment in a timely manner to transfer funds to the appropriate service provider, or your reservation will be in jeopardy.
