Overview

It’s not easy getting two busy families to align their schedules and commit to a grand adventure, so this safari was designed to make the most of this special time together.

After a comfy landing at our favorite guest house in Johannesburg, this trip starts with a bang on Mashatu Game Reserve which has a well-earned reputation for extraordinary wildlife viewing, especially for big cats and predators.

In the Okavango Delta, we included one of the most exclusive safaris on offer, a completely private mobile camp with classic campaign-style furnishings. This lightweight field camp has a small team dedicated just to you along with a talented private chef and some of the most stable mekoro polers in the Delta.

The last stop is a luxurious lodge right on the banks of the Zambezi River, close enough to visit Vic Falls but out of all the touristy congestion. The lodge offers way more activities than you can fit in, but there’s something for everyone including sunset cruises, village visits, game drives and walking with rhinos in Mosi Oa Tunya National Park
