Camps Elephants Love

Where the elephants are…

Everyone has a different priority for their safari. Some people are interested in unique cultural experiences; some are focused on big cats or seeing the massive migratory herds of the Great Migration. We’ve designed trips around far-flung birding destinations or multi-day canoe and walking safaris. Some travelers are focused on pure luxury while others really just want a simple tent and a great guide. We’re here to listen to you, get to know what you have in mind and then put you in the perfect position for your safari dreams to come true right before your eyes.

Most safaris include opportunities to see and observe elephants. As the largest land mammal, they’re easy to find, and they need the wide open spaces offered by national parks, reserves and conservancies where other wildlife can be found. It’s always magical to spend time with elephants, but what if you’re really drawn to elephants? What if you want to get to know them, watch them interact as a family and immerse yourself in their world…?

We can help. Here are four camps where the elephant is the centerpiece. In very unique ways, each one one of these camps offers a different way to get up close and personal with elephants, and each one is doing remarkable work to protect and better understand these incredible animals.

Let’s get started planning your ultimate elephant safari!
